Used as a summer residence by the same family for over 80 years, the property includes an outdoor shower, beach chairs, central deck with picnic table (between smaller cottage on property) and working propane grill. On the corner of White Avenue, it is a 2 block walk to an entrance to the ocean beach We are excited to welcome families who want to enjoy the famous, pristine Lavallette beaches.
